We’re pleased to share the Library’s new 2026–2028 strategic plan, now available on our website. Developed through community surveys, focus groups, interviews, and feedback from staff and the Board, the plan reflects the evolving needs of the Crete community and the Library’s commitment to providing a welcoming space for exploration, growth, and creativity.
The plan focuses on three key priorities: increasing awareness of library services and partnerships, improving spaces and services to better serve the community, and fostering collaboration and diversity to support a strong, vibrant organization.
